The central part of that document is an example, developed by Goranson and Cardier. It is in a separate file, and is also written for a general audience. The example uses a graphical modeling system, developed by Cardier that is avaliable as a KeyNote presentation or a QuickTime movie.

The example has a second document, developed by Goranson and Garcia, written as a Mathematica notebook. It uses a version of the Cardier model, parsed in Tinderbox and also available as a QuickTime movie.
